- Responsibilities: - Responsible for daily sourcing and purchasing activities, ensuring quality and delivery on time; - Playing a coordinator role in cross-functional supplier selection cycle; - Developing a supply of the highest quality materials based on the criteria of quality, delivery, technical capability and overall business relationship; - Establishing programs with suppliers to ensure and measure quality through evaluation cycles; - Conducting price negotiation and improving supplier relationship and sourcing efficiency; - Managing the operational budget, meet requested cost saving target; - Making market analysis and cost analysis for management team preference. Requirements: - College degree or above; - 8+ years of sourcing and 2 years minimum at management levels in manufacturing company; - Good command of English (oral, written and reading); - Professional ethics; - Strong analysis/negotiation skills and cost-effective sense; - Good communication skill and personality.
