工作职责: The Role The Manager of Campus Programs directly reports to Human Resources Director of Lonch Group. The incumbent is responsible for the recruitment of graduates, internship and management trainee programs across China market, and development and maintenance of university relations across China. We need to ensure our marketing and brand strategy to potential talent market are on or ahead of trend to attract the best talents for the Lonch Group. The incumbent will lead, design and review the yearly campus recruitment campaign strategy and develop long-term solid relations with relevant universities. The strategy will help to set up a strong brand awareness of Employer of Choice for the Lonch Group and build up a clear access for university students to the Lonch opportunities of new entry roles, internships and management trainee program, by developing multiple talent pipelines through campus events and activities in branding, enabling the attraction of diversified talents. Job description · Manage sustainable relationships with targeted universities, colleges and vocational schools; ensure excellent communication both within the Lonch Group and campus leaders · Help to create Lonch’s employer branding awareness and advance our reputation at targeted universities, colleges and vocational schools through value added work; utilize recruitment tools for technology optimization, process efficiencies, and applicant pool management · Develop social media related initiative across China market · Design, update and maintain the Campus Program website to ensure content is up-to-date and relevant to the target audience · Manage the whole campus recruitment process from planning to execution, including but not limited to, interview scheduling, assessment process, offer tracking, boarding process, internship management, report preparation etc. · Manage the Lonch Group’s internship program and management trainee program, including talent acquisition, professional development plan, mentorship program etc. · Play a role of career plan advisor with convincing and proven track record in coaching and educating. · Stay current on college trends, new technology and tools that impact campus recruiting and implement as appropriate · Have insight on how to improve Lonch’s competitiveness, national visibility, and stature within the academic education community. 任职资格: Qualification: · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent · 6+ years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in an MNC or professional services firm with at least 3 years in campus recruitment and campaign experience with a solid understanding of the process, marketing activities and campus relations · In-depth understanding of the universities’ and students’ expectations of preferred employers · Excellent knowledge and understanding of social media platforms including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, LinkedIn and how to tailor the right channels and generate precisely the relevant contents with appropriate phraseology to the appropriate audience · Ability to develop strong, focused and relevant messages that aligns with employer branding; be skillful of developing and managing campaigns. · Ability to stay confident and influencing in public · Training experience preferred but not essential · A good team player with strong people and time management skills and ability to work independently without supervision · Good command of both English and Mandarin writing and editing skills with close attention to detail; Strong Chinese writing skill is essential. · Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) are required
