- Your responsibilities 工作描述 1: New product introductionroject management to ensure the relevant new product and technology introduction to company according to agreed quality, time, cost and quantity; 2: Lead the plant production related investment projects, technology development and upgrading; 3: Manage all engineering activities (item set-up, master data, EC, drawing, cost engineering, etc.) for new product introduction projects according to project schedule and target; 4: Motivate team member on project engagement and develop them on professional new product introduction capabilities; 5: Validation and implementation of product lifecycle management activities (e.g. customer complaint, cost reduction, product & process improvements) and Next-level engineering support for manufacturing issues in mass production if applicable. Your profile 基本要求 · University graduates, majoring in Mechanical Engineer, 大学以上学历，主修机械相关专业， · Proficiency in English reading, writing and speaking, 熟练的英语读写及英语口语， · Minimum 3 years of relevant experience of project managing in manufacturing industry. 至少三年制造企业项目相关管理经验。 薪资以面议为准
