职位介绍: Ensure full compliance with company rules and obligations, both internal and external Follow strictly of Company’s Business Code on Ethics and ensure related service suppliers’ acknowledgement and execution. Follow strictly of Chinese policies, rules, regulations, and measurements in financial related area. To maintain collection and payment of petty cash and daily bank. To prepare cash and bank log, deliver payment vouchers to bookkeeper and maintain check filling. To declare international payment and collection accurately and timely. To check reimbursement statements under internal policies and verify original vouchers. To notify foreign exchange rate for reimbursement monthly. To maintain company credit card transactions including card application, card cancellation, and transaction breakdown. To perform vendor and sales contract filing. To review, cooperate, receive, keep, and maintain bank documentation including bank guarantee, Letter of Credit, Bank Accepted Draft, etc. Other financing related issues include company credit facility application in bank, loan procedure, etc. To perform tax declaration on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. To perform tax practice issues, including WHT procedure, Tax exemption, tax self-investigation, etc. To prepare external financial statements. To perform VAT invoice application, issuing and maintenance. Other works assigned by Finance Department Manager. 任职要求： At least one year work experience on cashier/AP position is preferred. Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, tax or equivalent. Good communication in English and Chinese languages Good sense on the logical relation among figures. Good sense on delivering results before deadline. Excellent communication skills with good networking.
